Review summary

The ship is very clean and classy. But it was very hard to understand every single one of their personnel. Tipping was charged to your account daily, so it seemed that the staff at dinner did not care too much about your wants or needs. They were very rigid, and actually made you feel guilty for not following their rigid schedule. Food was mediocre-the pasta was excellent, so this is what I looked forward to every day-not the main course. Desserts were ok Dining hours were not 24 hours. It seemed that every time we wanted to stop for a bite to eat, the dining areas were closed. Couldnt get a cup of tea or coffee after 915pm. I would not take this cruise line again, unless it was an awesome deal.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Every night for dinner, it was a choice of beef or fish, and occasionally something else. The beef was sliced so thin, and was always tough. There was no freestyle dining, so we always had to stop what we were doing to get to dinner.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Most of the staff was very friendly, but never go the help you asked for because they didnt understand your wants or needs. They dont honor: do not disturb. Came into your room when you asked that they dont.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship itself was comparable to the best cruise lines I have tried. My only complaint would be that there were not enough rest rooms.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Rooms were very small, but set up very nicely. Bathroom so tiny, but nice. Beds were very comfortable.

Pros: ship appearance

Cons: lack of communication
