Skip Costa entirely. Below average experience due to the rudeness of the crew. Got very, very tired of being pushed out of the way by the crew, being ignored etc... A very tired crew. Pick a Carnival Cruise instead, it the same ship but the crew will make all the difference

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Average menu (or more specifically the same single menu across the entire ship), lack of variety, average quality, below average service.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Below average for a carnival corp ship.

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
Rude, rude & ruder. 1 hour was enough for both our children.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Rude, rude & rude. A very tired crew.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Complicated layout of the ship. The main dinning areas block multiple decks mid-ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Typical carnival corp. ship with cosmetic changes to personalize it for Costa

Pros: good itinerary of Norway

Cons: everything else

Recommends Costa Magica? No.
