First cruise and probably our last. Expectations were so high (i.e., fabulous food) and we were very disappointed.

The quality and taste of food rates below average for us. For the amount of money we paid for the cruise, expected gourmet quality food rather than the regular coffee type food. Didn't expect to pay extra for ice cream/chocolates, sports equipment such as they were. This was our first cruise and we had high expectations and were very disappointed. The pizzas were outstanding and we ate them most of the time for dinner because the food was generally so bad and the menu fare so-so.

Would have liked to golf and not pay for sports equipment (like ping pong balls, paddles).

Service and Staff

The cruise staff were friendly and helpful overall. Some of the staff went over the call of duty which was much appreciated, especially when the printer would not print out my boarding passes.

Cabin / Stateroom

Pros: Eclipse, ability and willingness of captain to find the best viewing spot

Cons: Food and lack of sports. Would have liked to golf.
