Review summary

The ship size was small and the amenities resembled it. The air conditioning on the 6th floor didn't work, there was only 1 outlet for 2 people and that kept going out. The location of the outlet was obscure. In the bathroom, the shower needed the black mold to be cleaned along the walls and this was probably due to the air circulation in the room (poor air conditioning). The pools were small, which I at first thought they were hot tubs for the ships size, and always packed. The ship should not be booked to its capacity.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was OK, it has been more extravagant on other ships I've encountered

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The staff was great in this area, but the ratio of people to boat personnel was great, therefore making it crowded or not able to participate.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All of our accommodations were booked with Costa cruise lines, including our air flights. Our luggage was lost for 4 days and the staff kept us abreast of the situation, when we checked at the customer service desk and wash the only set of clothes we had.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The accessibility to the pool and laying out in the sun, was not available unless you were up early enough to claim your space. Both areas were packed! The overall public areas were clean. The theater at times was not able to accommodate the population.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
The room was very uncomfortable, because of the lack of amenities, especially the outlet, air conditioning, and the black mold in the shower.

Pros: The service from all of the staff

Cons: The ship's accommodations
