Review summary

This cruise was a fantastic 6 port cruise starting in Vancouver and ending in Los Angeles.  The crew, entertainment, and food were superb.  I enjoyed all of my excursions in the ports of Nanaimo, Astoria, and San Francisco.  The excursion I chose in Santa Barbara should be taken off the list.  This excursion of seeing actors' homes and stopping at a shopping center was less than to be desired.  All was seen was driveways and walls and bushes, no homes, which were driven by fairly fast.  The shopping center was a joke of irrelevant stores such as a grocery store, pet store, and eye glasses.  Fellow passengers were very friendly as well. Many returning cruisers that were equally happy with this cruise.

Balcony room was clean and tidy. Shower could stand to be a tad bit bigger.

Ship tip

The International Café was a great place for sandwiches and coffee/tea. Entertainment was great in the Explorers Lounge. Exercise room was spectacular. I could actually live on this ship!

The trip the airport was a little lengthy with lots of traffic at the airport itself. Congested.

There's a famous street in SB that you could go to called State Street. There's lots of wine tastings in the area now, but given this heat wave, the beach would have been great. If you ever come back, see a show at the Santa Barbara Bowl; it's one of the best in the state
