Review summary

The ship was very nice. The staff were engaging and most helpful. Every request we made was answered except they could not give me the room I booked with a picture window as the ship was fully booked. One thing I felt was lacking was the teen center. Carnivale ships have this and it makes it much easier for the teens to meet.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food in the main dining room was great. The food at the grill was superb. There should be a 24 hour restaurant opened where you could grab a sandwich or ice cream. The food from room service was lousy

Entertainment

3 out of 5
There should be a dance party every night on the deck. They were the best. I don't like your BINGO. You rarely give away a grand prize and your cards are expensive in comparison to the prizes you give away

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
You need a teen center and more activities besides dancing

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
There was dust under the bed, but other than that I had no problems

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The room was fine except it was not the one I believed I was paying for as I asked for and three times had the agent verify that there would be a large picture window. Also, she has not had the decency to call me as I requested
