A not acceptable service provided by the “Exclusive Kinsale, Cork City and Blarney” excursion tour guide. Her very fast talk with a badly recognizable accent and scarce comments brought us as well as other tourists to the understanding that the tour failed and was not worth any penny of $398 paid.

There were two cabinet door hingers broken. Air-conditioner control did not allow to reduce the stateroom temperature. I called a technician and he did not fix the problem.

Thanks for the review. We only review the posts. Do not have anything to do with the service. It’s to help others look at reviews to decide if the particular cruise ship and ports fit their needs/wants. You have to go directly to the cruise company to voice complaints.

Sometimes we need to take responsibility and not deflect . If her accent was hard to understand and she talked too fast you should have asked her to slow down .
