Review summary
The ship was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs and the steward and waiter greeted us by name each day. On the downside, guest relations and shore excursion personnel were unable to answer questions from my wife, who is partially handicapped, concerning getting off at ports of call and the transportation availabe on the piers. Ocean cafe personnel were reluctant to assist elderly in carrying heavy food plates to their table.Ship experiences
