A: This is in the past.. Royal and celebrity do not mandate what you wear, however they do have recommendations for dining and if they have a formal night you can wear dressy casual no problem

A: Yes. It is open for lunch most days and dinner. Lunch is specialty burgers and dinner is a full grill menu. Lunch is $15 per person and I think dinner is $30 or $35 and can be used as part of a specialty dinner package.
