Make a reservation for each night. You can often get the same time and they will have a table for your group. We had six in Alaska and had the same table every night.

You can reserve your large table ahead of time by phone. Highly recommended! We did for our upcoming cruise in February

I am not sure what you mean by "anytime booking".

You will have to make special reservations for a party of 8 each night I did see some tables with 8 but there are very few. They usually do 2,4 or 6
