Sara (concierge) and Phys(bartender) in Michael's excelled at service, friendliness, Kaddy and Sandra in Blu were fantastic. Tresi in Luminae was excellent.

The bar counter top had a huge a huge crack. The sofa was worn and stitching was coming out. If it wasn't for Sara (concierge)and Phys (bartender in Michael's) helping to make our trip extra special, we would have been very disappointed and angry for such a lack luster cabin.
