Review summary

For our first time trying Celebrity, I wasn’t big impressed. It was nice. The ship was beautiful. The staff was nice, except for the lady at guest relations. She just didn’t seem to care to help me with the fan issue. Didn’t even try. On a scale from 1-10, I’d give it a 6 for overall.

First time out of Port Everglades for a cruise. The terminal employees took my portable fan from me and said it was not allowed and that I’ll get it back after the cruise. I have NEVER had Carnival or Royal take my fan from me. They’ve always allowed because I need it for sleep and air circulation in the cabin. I went to the guest relations desk and was basically told “Tough s***. Deal with it.” Rude and unnecessary to take it from me. It’s not listed as something you can’t bring on a cruise by any cruise line that I’ve ever read. SMH. Dumb.

Captain Kirk’s Rock the Reflection show was hands down the best show I’ve ever attended on a cruise. He rocked it like no other!

Ship tip

If you’re thinking there is similarities to Royal due to them being a sister company, think again. They do things their own way.

Disembarkation

Smoothest debarkation ever.
