Review summary

Just bad in general. This was my least favorite cruise that I have gone on. Even Carnival was more enjoyable with better service.

The food one the ship was very good. It might have been a little more upscale at times than I liked but was still very tasty. The coffee on the ship was some of the best I had. Food and drink were some of the only redeeming parts of the trip.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had on a cruise. It was very clear that the staff did not care. I found them rude, incompetent, creepy, and liars. Yes, I went to guest services and they were amongst the rudest people I dealt with on the ship. It was very clear that they didn’t care.

I thought the ship design was poor. When areas like the solarium where it’s supposed to be more quiet and relaxing where regularly some of the loudest places on the ship with music pouring in from other areas - that should be addressed..

Very comfortable beds. Large space for an interior cabin. A little bit dated in the decor.

In general it seemed the staff didn’t care. Maybe they didn’t want to be working during the holidays, but I regularly had bad interactions with staff on the ship. Unfortunately, I can give a lot of examples. This isn’t my first cruise so I know what the standards should be, and unfortunately they just were not met. I hope others have a great trip. For me, I just don’t have a desire to try them again after that experience.

Surprised you had such a bad time. We were on Reflection November 19 and loved it. Staff were amazing.

We just completed a Celebrity Reflection cruise to the ABC islands and had a very favorable experience. Customer service was excellent! We also had a brand new Cruise Director who brought a lot of positive energy to our cruise. Sorry your cruise did not meet your expectations.

Do you mean the entire staff or just a staff at guest services cause they couldn't give you what you wanted.
