Let me start by saying Celebrity cruise line is super. Don't book with . I went to the bar as soon as we boarded to get a drink while we walked around, that is when I found out that we didn't have the drink package we were promised. I went down to Celebrity customer relations to find out that didn't give us the promised drink package or gratuity package. I told the agent I wanted the exact same benefits, that our friends had, giving her their confirmation number. Now we are rolling out to sea, still on Celebrity's phone with trying to settle things. 3 hrs later, told me just to pay for everything and they would sort it out in another week. Celebrity let us trade our on board credit for drink packages. After cruise, CO ( ) , gave us $189 for our gratuities, said we shouldn't have traded on board credit. Our agent no longer works for them. Get everything in writing or CO will surely screw u over. We lost our discounted shore excursions, by trading packages. Our friends got all of their packages.  Celebrity was a great cruise line, wish we would have booked directly with them. Don't believe CO agents when they tell you stuff, they say anything to get your money.
