Moreno Isip in housekeeping was excellent, he always remembered your name, friendly, gave us great service, made an effort to meet special needs and requests. Arie Wijaya, bartender pool bar 4th floor, always remembered your name, what your drink order was, very pleasant and fun to visit with , very helpful
