Review summary
The cruise was really great, until the last day. It was amazing that the service for the cruise was so good, until the day you need to leave, then it's everyone get up at 5:00 am, and fend for themselves. No room service the last morning, so everyone is trying to get coffee in the cafeteria all at the same time, forming long lines, and running out every 3 minutes. And the disembarkment process was the worst. The process of calling designated groups by number for disembarking from the ship was a confusing mess. The numbers being called were in a random order, and the times set for these numbers started over an hour late, then they called numbers completely out of order, only broadcasted the numbers in the cafeteria, so unless you plan to sit in the there for hours waiting for your (out of sequence) number to be called (while the cafeteria was closed, of course), you'll miss your number. So don't use the bathroom, or stroll the decks while waiting, you would not know if you number was called. Once we did get off the ship (2 hours after our expected time), The process to get your luggage was even more of a nightmare. The luggage was not grouped using the numbered tags they provided us, and everyones luggage was out at the same time. And some luggage was on the belt that they said it would be on, and other luggage was on other belts (which no one informed us of). After waiting 45 minutes for the rest of the bags to appear on our belt, I overheard someone say they found there's on another belt. So I went to the other belts, and found them there. A women was crying from the confusion of the baggage, others screaming. A complete disaster to end a great vacation. My advise, be prepared for a last day from hell, and don't book any flights or tours within 8 hours of your disembarkment time, or you need to add re-booking or cancelling to the nightmare of events.
