The ship will be beautifully decorated. I’ve sailed over Christmas and was in Aruba for Christmas Day. Not much was open but it was still a great day. If you want to be sure to have something to do maybe schedule an excursion.

They decorate beautifully. We were on board in Dec and went to bed waking to find everything decorated that next morning.
