Yes, you can ask that through your travel agent or Celebrity agents before your trip (preferred) or ask your room steward to separate beds on Day 1.

I’m pretty sure you can have them separate the beds from the celebrity app when you manage your reservation.  Then it can be done right from the start.

do it from app or phone customer service beforehand.  it will b perfect when you arrive. I have traveled with my brother too.
