Review summary

We have multiple cruises under our belt and have been all over the world. This cruise experience is like no other. Service and professionalism has taken a back seat ever since COVID except for this cruise. From flights, transportation, organization, attention to detail and service this cruise has been the pinnacle of all my cruises.

Waiters were prompt and pleasant. No attitudes. Simply a pleasure. The stewards kept the room very clean. The ship personnel knows you by name and are very helpful. The service from all staff members will amaze you. They are so organized and professional.

Modern elegance is my best description for this vessel. The entry and exit from the tenders is safe and well organized. The tender boat captains are skilful. The naturalists were knowledgeable and entertaining. All had great personalities, kept you involved and interested.
