This was cruise #38 & our first time on Celebrity. It was a fantastic cruise!

Food and Dining

Food was good. The service was very good. I thought the desserts were lacking in the MDR, but they always had a better selection at the buffet. We ate at the buffet for breakfast & lunch, then MDR for dinner. They have ice cream (soft-serve & Hard) with a variety of flavors every day! You can add caramel or chocolate sauce & sprinkles! The ice cream was in the buffet area. We would visit the buffet (which closed at 9:30) after the show or game show for dessert, when we skipped the desserts in the MDR.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
As always, you can do as little or as much as you want to do. For those that love trivia, they had trivia every day 3-5 times! They had different games & competitions daily. The fitness center was nice, they needed some more lower weights, but it was laid out nice, clean & not super busy every time I was there. No rock climbing walls or slides. They did have a basketball court & it was taped for pickleball, however it is at the very front of the ship. It was too windy to play while the ship was moving. They had a sad looking pickleball net, but did have paddles & balls. They announced soccer being played at the court too, but it was a really small court, not sure how they did that.
Entertainment

The special guest entertainment was really good! The BBE (BoyBand Evolution) was fantastic! They sang everything from the Beatles to One Direction to Barbershop songs. They stayed on the boat for 2 cruises (same as us) and we went to every show they performed. Also Robert Neary does a great Neil Diamond tribute. The comedian, Jason Blanchard was very funny. The production shows had some really talented people, but the “production” they had to perform was confusing. The acrobatic performers were excellent.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had an obstructed balcony, but we were kind of in between the life boats, so we could still see the water below & straight out too. It wasn’t a problem. Most of the balconies look down at the life boats. Showers were a little bigger than the standard cruise showers & had the doors on them. The bathroom was a nice size. There was room to walk around the bed easily. We were very pleased with our room.
