Review summary
Accessible issues are important to us. The accessible state room was very well designed. The staff was helpful and assisted when needed. However, there was always missed communications or lack of information. When unloading, they never told us in advance of different procedures for wheelchairs, so we would go where instructed only to be told after waiting in line that wheelchairs where off loading at another door. We would have to go to a different part of the ship. Frequently the elevator to that area was locked so they would have to find someone with the key. This was consistent.Ship experiences

Main dining was good and service was good. Cafeteria area lacked variety and was not up to standards of main dining.
