Review summary

over all fair, when we called to say we were not going on a prearrange trip ashore the person on the other end of the phone said VERY gruffly " That is NOT our department" and hung up the phone

most of it was fine but phone people need to improve on their attituteds...wedid not appreciate being told GRUFFLY that this is NOT our department...we don't care~
