Review summary

Ship was well cared for but the service was lacking. Tours were great and price right. Service in areas were very good and other spots were very bad. We chicoe to tip the good and pass over the bad. First time we did not allow to pass out our tips.

The service in the dining room was excellent, the waiter and his assistance were wonderful. The food was good but not great.

Staff except for the 14th floor was very good and helpful. Customer service via phone was very poor in handling our questions and needs. Ordering food for dinner via aweful and none responsive. This is the reason that I would not recomment this ship to other crusing plus the fact that NO one from the cruise has contact us to understand why we have a sour taste for this ship.

Ship Quality

the quality of the ship were fine but the Captain did not speak English very well and did not spend any time with the passengers. The resuce boat were sitting right out side our Balcony rooms. Ruin most of our pictures taken from our room. The ship was clean and well maintain.

The room were service well. The room was very clean.

Pros: City tours were priced right, Dining room waiter and assistant were very good

Cons: No Catholic masses on board. Service was very poor on the 14th floor. Too many of the service did not understand or speak English well.
