Accessible cabin so big but that infinite balcony is rubbish and this class of ship should only go to cold climates to keep the window closed

We always have a great experience on Celebrity. We had the wifi package on our last cruise, and it worked very well. sorry you were disappointed.

We had our infinity balcony window open many times while cruising Alaska this past June. Both while in port and when sailing. It was our best balcony experience over my 8 balcony room cruises. We love Celebrity and we really loved the Edge experience. We look forward to our next Edge class cruise. I’m so sorry your experience wasn’t the same.
