Review summary

Rained all day in Ketchikan, but we still enjoyed the Bear viewing excursion. We lucked out in Juneau with the weather, but the whale watching was a bit of a disappointment in that while we did see humpbacks, the excursion mentioned orca - and we find out on the boat that orca are actually very rare in the area. The port was VERY crowded… just be aware that the best food places have huge lines. Skagway was fantastic! We did the combo white pass rail, dog mush camp, and gold panning. Very worth the price of this trifecta. We also had an amazing dinner in town, and got lucky with weather again!

Had to wait for boarding zone to be called after going through check-in. Took 20 minutes, but otherwise the process was smooth.

Fantastic shows in the theater! We had a magic show which was fantastic, a comedy night, and several musical shows. The lounge areas had a rotation of great musicians as well.

We really enjoyed finding all the art incorporated into all the venues… the ship itself is a work of art!

Big thumbs up for the infinite veranda! Made our room seem larger, and the outlets near one side of the bed were much appreciated.

Explore the ship - if for no other reason than appreciating the style and art of all the venues.

Ridiculous how easy this was…. No lines, walked off the ship, found our luggage, walked out the door and immediately boarded our shuttle to our long term parking lot. Took 10 minutes total from walking off the ship to driving away!!
