Love Celebrity! Great service, good food, well maintained ship. You will see officers frequently mingling with the guests. The embarkation process was poor but the disembarkation process was perfect. South America isn't as interesting as let's say Asia, but choosing the Carnaval itinerary was worth the wait.
Embarkation

Embarkation in Buenos Aires needs improvement! It was chaotic, with no organization whatsoever.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food was very good in the main dining room. Buffets were plentiful with many different options. Murano was good. Toscano and Quisine were excellent. For those used to the food served at Quisine, note that it is totally different now. The experience is worth the cost of admission, but they no longer serve food in unique containers and fancy displays. You now get a simple (and delicious) 3 course meal with a twist.

Entertainment

The ship's dancers and entertainers were good/average. The performers were good but nothing special.
Service and Staff

The service was AMAZING. The waiters, bartenders, room stewards and office personnel were helpful, kind, efficient, hard working, professional and even funny at times.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship is very well maintained and clean. Every time I used the public restroom, there was someone there wiping the floor, toilets and sinks. The tablecloths were crisp and changed after every diner. You never saw empty drink glasses around.
Cabin / Stateroom

A+ for cleanliness. Average size. Comfortable bedding. Wish there were a few more drawers.
Not much to see on the tour of Buenos Aires. The visit to Evita's mausoleum was interesting. The lunch at the ranch was also interesting, but an hour and a half away. Argentina is know for their beef, yet the steak they served was tough.
Rio is an old city with plenty of graffiti and unfortunately not very clean. Be careful of pick pockets. We went during Carnaval which was a great experience.
