Review summary

I would give Svitlana - bar server a 10+++ I would give Jens - room steward 10+++++ I would give Juan Reyes - waiter 10+++ I would give Jessica 10+++ also. and Diana - Asst Maitre D 10+++ Your staff make you great. Just improve the food a little - You can do it in main dining room. Why have to make us pay to a specialty dining room to have excellent food??? makes no sense unless you are just in it for the $$$. Thanks

Jens was amazing as my room steward. Svitlana was also amazing, smart, sharp, remembers well our names and interests. Juan Reyes & Jessica were very good. Diana - Asst Maitre D was also very good. Daily helped us see tomorrows menu for a special needs person. Thanks to all!!!

I wish ships would allow all to use free internet. It would be such a great help for sailing and make it so we could come more often. It wouldn't cost you much to do so.

I loved the Eclipse when we sailed in her last year, as you say the crew and service are excellent and friendly. The food was too a good standard in the main dinning room with a reasonable choice. And yes everyone in business needs to make a profit and as in all restaurants if you want something special and different you have to pay extra.
