Review summary

The ship is new and beautiful. It had been several years since our last cruise and the bar has definitely been raised. The staterooms are spacious and especially well laid out, a huge improvement over what we had experienced before. The staff was just awesome.

This was a big let down for me. The selection and abundance of food was phenomenal, however it didn't taste particularly good. This was true both in the main dining room and the upper deck buffet. It was OK, but as highly touted as Celebrity is, and considering what we paid, Ok wasn't good enough. If this is a strategy to drive people to pay the "nominal" $30 per person cover at the specialty restaurants, then shame on Celebrity.
