it specifically states in the Celebrity website that on embarkation day, "each guest (of legal drinking age) is permitted to bring onboard up to two (2) 750 ml bottles of wine (which are subject to a corkage fee) per guest", but "A corkage fee does not apply to guests with the Classic Beverage Package or Premium Beverage Package. (I called to confirm, corkage fee only applies to bars, restaurants, etc but not in your room)

I called Celebrity to confirm their alcohol policy on the website that each person is allowed to bring 2 bottles on embarkation day. also there is no corkage fee if drinking it in your room, but if you have a drink package, they will waive the corkage fee if you want to open it at a restaurants or bar.

you are allowed on "embarkation day when each guest (of legal drinking age) is permitted to bring onboard up to two (2) 750 ml bottles of wine (which are subject to a corkage fee) per guest. A corkage fee does not apply to guests with the Classic Beverage Package or Premium Beverage Package. (I called to confirm that each person is allowed 2 bottles & there is no corkage fee if drinking in your room)
