Review summary

Not unexpected on a first sailing of a new ship, there were a number of systems with glitches and some staff, in shops, not fully familiar with merchandise and check out processes.

Le Voyage as usual was very good, Tuscan, Cypress were also very good, Blu had issues with pace of meal as kitchen seemed to be having problems.

In spite of numerous Celebrity cutbacks, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was on the inaugural cruise, and everything from food, entertainment, and service was topnotch. Not sure what this person is talking about.

These kinds of teething problem are normal on an inaugural cruise so I always avoid them.

Good to know. Maybe because staff are fairly new and dont yet work in harmony. Nonetheless, this is unexpected from Celebrity. Tks for sharing
