The production shows were interesting, but not entertaining. The steel drum performance was spectacular!

Service and Staff

Our stewards serviced the cabin twice daily, and were very accommodating! Our bartender/server in Eden, Patrick, was phenomenal! Wait staff in the Mediterranean themed dining room were wonderful, as were those in the Steakhouse. Our other added-fee dining experience on the “Edge” was a mess: half an hour to offer drinks, and the food timeliness and quality followed suit (we would have preferred the dining room!)

Ship Quality

Ship was clean, and had many new and pleasant venues. The layout obviously was intended to be nouveau and edgy, but proved to be kind of random.

Cabin / Stateroom

If you’ve experienced the “infinite balcony” on Celebrity’s newest ships you either love them, or they are kinda “meh” - I fall in the latter category because I could never decide how to utilize it. The decor was very nice, with adequate storage. Bathroom had good storage and a nightlight on the underside of the vanity which was nice for head calls in the middle of the night!

Ship tip

Study the deck maps very well before boarding, and book a cabana adjacent to the pool on sea days.

Thanks for the detailed information We are going to be on this ship in the future. Any cruise we go on involves a lot of planning so we know where things are and we can minimize the use of elevators. Your comments are helpful.
