Very limited activities, a few trivia games. No karaoke, slot tournament, no pool games. Snooze cruise. A lot of upscale designer shops, without any customers.
I did use the fitness center since there were not a lot of cruise activities. All very modern, state of the art machines, headphones and cold towels were provided. The aqua spa was beautiful with heated lounge chairs, a Himalayan salt room and a crystal relaxing room
The Theatre

The theater stage in the round had a unique 180 degree electronic screen that could show fantastic themed backgrounds. The musical productions were outstanding with super talented singers, dancers and aerialists.

The lounges had a lot of guitarists that played relaxing cocktail dinner music. No one danced at any lounges, a very low key quiet crowd

Very clean and well maintained. The ocean view cafe had several hand washing sinks before you entered the buffet.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin had the infinite veranda window. The outer wall was a window that rolled down that provided open air. A button operated window shade and French doors kept the veranda separated from the rest of the cabin.
The cabin lights and temperature was controlled by a touch screen panel, very convenient to use. There were convenient usb outlets on the desk and by the bedside tables.
I agree... the staff is amazing. I was on that ship for news years cruise. The ship.. food.. staff... there is no better... Just got off another companies ship today.. Its not even worth comparing.. Apex is about quality.... others about getting u in and out fast as they can and move on. Enjoyed it so much. We have already booked another trip aboard the Apex
