An accident occurred as we were coming in to Port Miami. It took a great deal of time for the authorities to investigate and pull the wreckage out of the water. It was an unfortunate time for those passengers who had to catch their flights home and for those waiting to embark. There was no easy way to work around this- neither the port authorities nor the cruise lines affected.

Sounds like a great cruise! I agree with your ship tip, always learn the ship layout ahead of time as this helps eliminate frustration during the cruise. Cheers to many more great cruises 🛳️🏝️
