Review summary

While the Sailabration concept was underwhelming it was still overall a nice cruise. Cruising is still the best vacation for us.

Embarkation

The new process for booking a boarding time is not really enforced. Several people in line for check in times an hour before their times being let through with no issue. VeriFLY process is really nice. Made the whole vaccination and testing proof process easy. The ‘party’ atmosphere of the embarkation was fun with the live DJ.

Food and Dining

Steakhouse was good. Main dining room service felt rushed like they were aiming to have people in and out in under 30 minutes. Drink service was very slow. Normally you would see drinks and shots offered but we did not see this a single time.

Service and Staff

Our room steward Jereymil was great! He was so attentive to our needs and prompt with any request. The room service team was also amazing. You could tell they were very busy but did a great job.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was good overall. It is the same cabin we used on our very first cruise. The only issues really had to do with the TV. The TV in this room has lines of pixels going out and needs to be replaced.

This was the most beautiful port I have visited by far. The cold coconut water at a stand was also great. It was fun getting to see the person chop it open with a machete for us to drink.

Disembarkation

Though the process was slow due to weather the team did a great job keeping the process organized. This was probably the most organized disembarkation we have experienced.
