Review summary

I liked this cruise but I did not love it. The shows and entertainment was subpar, the food was okay and the ship was quite small and enclosed. However, the dining staff was phenomenal and made us feel like family. They learned all of our names and our likes and dislikes. Our favorite places to eat were guys burger joint and the pizza quick service station at the back of the ship. Another perk about the ship was how accessible free drinks were. We did not have any drinking package of any sort (not even the soda package) and we never had an empty cup. There was free water, lemonade and juice in multiple locations which saved us so much money. The buffet also had free coffee and tea.

Not sure what ships you have been on but small does not describe Carnival Vista in my humble opinion.

That is one of the largest ships so far. The cruise director is HILARIOUS and the entertainment was awesome and I usually don't attend functions, but I was out NIGHTLY. Sailing on it again in 16 days, can't wait to taste that corned beef sandwich at the deli.
