Review summary

Overall the Vista was amazing. Beautiful ship with lots of activities going on everywhere. Skyride was so much fun! Our balcony cabin was spotless as was the ship. Matt the cruise director was fantastic. However, the food was "predictable" and lacking. Deserts were all cakes, no pies. Some cookies and some fruit. Just not what we are used to on other Carnival ships. Next one will be closer to home. We drove over from Phoenix (18 hrs)

I try to avoid the sweets as much as possible 😁. I also find them dry. I did get a few large cupcakes from the coffee shop. They were yummy. We never finished them. They were quite sweet. I find there are several good food options on sea days. We enjoyed the small buffet in the ocean plaza. We loved the Vista too!

I always found the food to be better on the smaller Carnival ships. But since I'll be on vacation I won't care. As long as I don't have to cook I'm a happy camper...😁
