Review summary

Just off the Vista, ok cruise for 4 days, nice newer ship. Carnival needs to work on its crowd handling if it’s going to build bigger ships. Royal Caribbean does better. Food was ok at best. After 47 cruises and 24 of them with carnival it maybe the last time we go on carnival. It would have to be a huge deal for me to even think about it.

Wow, many many comments about overcrowding on the Vista. On other Carnival Cruises I've only seen this when boarding (the lobby area is always a zoo) and around the pool on Lido (which I still don't really understand why people hang out with all the crazies) I will give credit to princess. They would basically make you go into the adjacent dining room for lunch right when you boarded to clear up the lobby.

Getting off Liberty of the Seas in May 3 Hrs snuffing around the deck to get off. They all have their problems. HAL in Fort Lauderdale has been the best overall.

Good review. I had similar experience when I sailed Vista from Miami. Crazy long line at pier. Crazy elevator wait on embarkation day since they don't seem to have enough service elevators to handle luggage. I thought buffet was ok and they have great cruise directors

We love princess. It’s a slower crowd, but we enjoy each other more so than the games and activities
