Review summary

Awesome time on the Vista. For me, I can’t think of one complaint. My first embarkation at the Miami airport and port was a breeze. I had heard it was a nightmare, but I liked it even better than my usual port, Port Canaveral. My room and cabin steward were great. My room was serviced twice a day and the only item I requested and received was a bathrobe. Despite some of the negative reviews I’ve seen, I loved the layout and design of the Vista. I did get tripped up sometimes on Deck 5, but it was no biggie. Loved the iMax theater, JiJi’s Asian restaurant and Matt’s events. I have a gluten allergy and food options on the Vista were more and better tasting than other ships. As usual, the Serenity deck was paradise. I did have to visit guest service and my needs were taken care of immediately and with a positive attitude. Debarkation was the smoothest debarkation experience I’ve had so far. Other ships would do well to follow that orderly process. Although my cruise schedule is currently full, I look forward to cruising the Vista again in the future.
