Review summary

Casino was awful. Who thought of using your room key in the machines, what a moron. You forget your key and someone has your life. Always crowded but the last night was terrible, lines for the cashier were endless, I played whatever money I had in the machine, (lost), I wasn't going to stand in a mile long line. People were actually standing behind you and breathing down your neck. We stayed 10 minutes and left.

First night food was cold in the Dining Room. Buffet was awful, same food, crowds, wait time was never ending. Steak House 5 Star Plus, we went twice it was worth the price.

Crew was wonderful, always pleasant and aiming to Please. Our cabin was kept spotless by Saputra and his assistant, wonderful crew members.

Awful, color scheme very boring. Difficult to get anywhere. Clean except when guests left their trays in the hallway, smelled like a garbage can.
