Review summary

Overall the ship did not fully live up to the hype. We thought the ship would be more elegant and feel larger. Some areas were busy such as the Lido deck food service areas. After the first day I could not get into the Asian restaurant without a wait of 30 minutes or more. We usually always go to the steakhouse once on each cruise but all times, when we inquired on embarkation, were already filled.With that said our stateroom staff did an amazing job. Koko our room steward looked after our every need. We tried the My Time dinning and it worked for us. We never had to wait long and the dining room staff worked to make us happy even though we were not their regular guests. The IMAX theater was spendy but amazing. Definitely see a show. Also do not wait until the last night to buy any photos, the lines are terribly long to pick up. The entertainment was some of the best we have seen. The cruise director Chris "The Flying Scotsman" was also high energy and great, but he will be leaving the ship for vacation. The cleanliness of the ship was so so. We felt as though there was not enough staff to keep up with that many vacationers. Debarkation was quick and easy. No lines as long as you follow the ships instructions.
