Review summary

The food and staff were fine. The layout of the Marketplace was terrible. The Liquid Lounge was also terrible. We were with a group of 14 and they all agreed. The elevators were slow and deck service clean up was slow.

Nelson was our waiter in the Horizon and was excellent. Marco was our room steward and was also excellent. They both knew our names the first day and was very personal.

Ship tip

Do not get the Chat on the Carnival Hub app. It gives one beep when the message is sent. If you are not in a quite place you will not hear the beep and as you know there are not many quite places on a ship.
