First time cruise as an adult and overall it was a great experience. My family and I enjoy it the whole time and can't wait to plan another one.

Everything was good but I feel there should be juice offered all day for the kids. I bought all 3 of my kids the unlimited drink package which I thought included juice but it didn't and my kids never got any soda so it was a waste of money

Wish the pool water wasn't so cold. It doesn't need to be completely heated but a little warmer would be nice

My kids LOVED the kid's club but I wish there were more available time for my 1 yr 11 month old to go to it in the evening for us to enjoy some of the shows without him having to be there

The male waiter we had on the first night at dinner wasn't too good but the rest of the nights when we had a women waitress were much better. She provided excellent service. We also had great service from our housekeeper Josie. She was so friendly and helpful. My kids & I also LOVED the towel animals everyday after she came to our room.

Cabin / Stateroom

Everything was great about our cabin. Absolutely loved that there was a bunk bed for my kids. And it was very space saving by having it come down from the ceiling
So much to do in a short period of time. Did the Atlantis shallow water Dolphin excursion which was Amazing! Also, walked through the aquarium and went to the straw market. It was extremely helpful to have people all over the island to help us navigate to where we needed to go. Some people at the straw market were rude and pushy but we got through it.
We are staying in stateroom 7350 also. I was curious that you gave it one star but said that it was a great cabin? I’ve been wondering if the lights and possible noise from deck 5 was why you gave it only one star?

It look like you had a good time so why you gave such a low rate. I have got unlimited drink packages for my son before and he was able to drink juice cause we don’t give him soda.
