Review summary
My mom and I were really excited about the cruise, but I have to say we were pretty disappointed. Every time we went to an event on the ship they were trying to sell something. The rooms were outdated and old like early 90's Saved by the Bell decor. We had a chair in our room coming apart. I had also paid extra so we could be on the balcony and there was trash on our balcony when we got on board. The boat and furniture was dirty and you could tell everything was pretty run down and worn out. The casino, which you had to pass through to get to certain areas of the ship, was often smoke ridden which aggravated my mom's allergies.
On top of that we only had about 6 hours to enjoy our stops in the Bahamas. We really enjoyed the excursions, but wanted more time to explore. On top of that, nobody really explained the boat which was confusing, because you could only reach places on certain floors. We also didn't like the food because the vegetarian dishes we could eat were normally cold. the cruise line also added extra charges to our accounts. Thank God we looked at them before we left the ship. They even charge you for your room key that you can't return because you need it to exit the ship.
The best thing about the cruise was Percy Crews comedy show and getting off the ship. Next time we will travel by plane so we can have unlimited time to explore the city. We are pretty turned off from the whole cruise experience and don't plan to go on one again. We have learned our lesson.

Ship tip
Don't pay extra for the balcony its not worth it. Buy a pack of water before you go on board. If you drink alcohol buy that too.
