The rolling hills of Halifax were breathtaking, especially when overlooking the water! The city is extremely clean. Riding on FRED was a nice experience--no need to book an excursion tour with FRED availalbe. The bus driver served as a tour guide as we rode through the streets of Halifax. And the bus comes every 15-20 minutes, so the wait is not very long at all to go from one site to the next if you get off the bus.

There was not a whole lot to do here at this port--in my opinion, the time would have been better spent in Halifax for 2 days.
