Review summary

Our crusie was not what i expected from the very beginning. the customer service at Bj's never got back to me... they also did not resve our table. We got on the ship to find that we had 2 seperate tables with 2 seperate waiters.. we were close together but the waiter was very unfriendly and as a robot.. one table was done before the other even got our food. the room steward wetn thru the motions once a day.. never got personal and left us a towel animal twice on a 4 nighter. WEe had to beg for clean towels... long lines for food and way too crowded. the pools were very cold and could not swim.
