Review summary

This was my first cruise back after 2yrs with all the protocols I just really relaxed and stayed to myself & enjoyed my balcony. So it was a relaxing getaway.

Embarkation

Schedule time was 11:00 was on the ship by 11:30. It was a nonstop process once you entered the terminal. Fastest embarkation ever!

It was hit or miss the entire cruise. I really need Carnival to switch it up on the food variety/flavor.

Onboard Activities

I didn't participate in any due to wanting to stay away from crowds. It seemed like other people were enjoying themselves.

By day 2 I knew I did not like the layout of the Valor. It's just a lot of unnecessary obstacles to get to point b from a. Ship was very clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin is very spacious and temperature was nice and cold. The bed on the other has was hard as bricks. My room stewart put a mattress topper on which helped a little. If you stay in this room know that you will hear ever show that happens in the Ivanhoe theater below.

Ship tip

If you enjoy sitting and relaxing /listening to the ocean go to deck 3.

Started 7:20am was out of the terminal by 7:40 @ the train station by 7:45. Fastest embarkation ever! New Orleans knows what they're doing

We went Dec 18 and we had a ball. The ship layout is kind of funky but we made it work.
