Review summary

This ship is old and needs updating and renovating.....I'm pretty biased about that due to recently taking royal Caribbean cruise lines....RC would allow various snacks and drinks that carnival would not....some of the employees on the CC ships were overworked and their attitudes would show it sometimes.....it's way too much to put here....so I'll end it with no more carnival cruises for me

Well that's good we don't want people on the ship that don't want or enjoy being on carnival. Thanks for making more room for others.

I have been on the triumph, freedom, and breeze for carnival.....the breeze was not bad.....I've done one Norwegian cruise, the escape, and then I did the RC oasis of the seas.....coming back to a carnival ship was probably a mistake after doing those ships, that's why my review is biased when it comes to amenities, food, and employees

This is our 7th cruise w/Carnival. The quality of our cruises have always been great with a great service staff! So sorry for the bad experience that others have had...:-(.

Don't see many employees from America providing the services. Ask those that work on the ship and it is better then what is available in their home country. Appreciate what we have here in the USA and that we can afford the luxury of going on a cruise. Food quality may not be 5 star but we have enjoyed the guantity and quality of what we have had. You don't need to spend any additional money on the ship unless you elect to. I would rather have a lower initial cost then a higher cost to pay for what I don't want.

Yeah fewer employees to do more work so they can maximize profit. Cut down on food quality so they can maximize profit. Keep it cheap initially then hundred dollar you to death once you board to maximize profit. Carnival has it down to a science.

13 years makes a ship old? We went on it in April and we were pleased. Can't compare it with RC but then we haven't needed to pay as much either
