GREAT CRUISE

Sail Date: September 01, 2009

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

Cruise was great, food excellent and staff terrific

Pros: Service and Staff were excellent on the Valor. Food was terrific!

Cons: Carnival did not upgrade room for 25th Carnival Cruise. Ship difficult to get around--too big

Recommends Carnival Valor? Yes!

Ship Quality
Way too big with one floor can't cross requiring up and down to get through to other side.
By the time you figure out how to get to dining room, cruise is over.
Very clean with staff that constantly keeps it that way.
Cabin / Stateroom
I think 25th cruisers should be rewarded with at least one stateroom upgrade!

Service and Staff
Everyone with the exception of the casino slot manager, was terrific.
Food and Dining
Adding "The Classic" menu each night was super! Only one entree for Vegetarians is disappointing----how about adding a pasta choice for them each night.
Entertainment
