Review summary

The cruise was ok considering it was a comp from cruise we took 2 months ago. The show at night a good, however the performer's not as good as other ship's. We did behind the fun and it was worth the $$ seen lots of areas that are closed to passengers.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Easy embarkation. Muster drill was fast as well.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
All the dinning halls was so packed. Guy's burger joint had line going all the way around to oppposite side of ship. London main restaurant we waited forever for everything. It was way under staffed which caused long waits!

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Didn't seem to have as much things to do and there was not as much energy from them.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The show at night was good. Performer's need more practice, however it was a good show

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Way under staffed so any and everything was an extremely long wait.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship is very old and it shows. Cabinets in Grand Suite falling apart and throughout ship you could see the wear of the ship. 4th time on Triumph and I'm retiring it from my list of ships. I see why it is a cheap cruise cause it looks bottom line. Needs big-time make over from top to bottom front to back!

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Cabinets falling apart and very dated. You can tell it is old. Bed was comfortable shower was good.

$90.00 per person. I will say it is well worth it. You get to go on the bridge with the captain, engine control room, galley, behind stage, the very front deck of ship and more. We plan on going again on each ship we're on. You do have to go to the excursion desk soon as you get on. They only allow a few to do it. First come fist serve. You also get some pictures they take.
