Review summary

We enjoyed ourselves. The staff was great, amazing food. We went without kids. I don't think this would be the ship we chose if we brought our kids but it was good for adults.

Embarkation

The staff on the ship was amazing. They were all kind and helpful. They went out of their way in everything they did to make us have a good time. We did notice that the floor on our deck kept getting wet and had a smell of feces. I believe there were some plumbing problems. They had fans blowing on it trying to dry it up. We made sure our things were up off of the floor in case our room flooded but it never did. The food was delicious and there was plenty of fun things to do. Our last day at sea was very rough because of Hurricane Irma so I ended up staying in bed most of the day. People were throwing up all over the ship though and the staff was great at helping them and cleaning up as fast as they could. I hated to spend our last day in bed but that was the hurricane's fault and nothing could be done. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and plan on cruising again. My husband has severe food allergies, one being seafood so we were worried about that being a problem, but it was not. Our servers in the Dining room were Made and Anna and they were very attentive and made sure he had delicious food that was safe for him. They were very helpful and kind.

John helped us with our room and was very nice and attentive. I was impressed that he remembered our names so fast. Our servers did too and were all kind, Made and Anna.

Ship Quality

Something seemed to be leaking sewer wise on the bottom deck. The staff did try to keep all of the bathrooms and vomit cleaned up though. So I give the staff 5 stars but the shop itself doesn't deserve them.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was nice. The staff did a great job of cleaning it and doing it around our schedule too. My only complaint is what seemed to be leaking sewer. It wasn't in our room though but down the hall.
